Pink Poinsettias

Driving the bus home from Poland we did a quick stop outside Berlin. Running through the store I saw these beautiful pink poinsettias. Two of them had to come home with me! I wrapped them up as best I could and they survived for a few days inside the luggage compartment of the bus. Now they are placed in my kitchen window, proudly announcing that Christmas is soon here. If you take a closer look, you'll see that it is actually snowing outside! This is Norway!

I couldn't leave without sharing this fabulous pink photo of my husband. We are celebrating his 40th birthday this weekend.

What a great shot of your husband in that pink wig, and a Happy 40th Birthday to him!

I love your pink poinsettias, and it's hard for me to believe that it's snowing! I have had the air conditioner on here. It cooled down a little, but not enough not to use the AC.

Happy Pink Saturday to you...

Oh My Gosh!
Dreamgirl, you keep this photo it may come in handy some day. You can threaten to post it on your blog? Ha!Ha!Ha! What a great sport he is about it. We love it DH, and thanks for sharing it Dreamgirl. So absolutely cute.

The snow is absolutely beautiful. I like looking at it through a window, but I know I wouldn't want to live in it. I lived in a snowy area for over 20+ years. Have no desire to go back. I love living in the Phoenix desert. I don't have to worry about the weather. It's always hot and that is a fact. Either you love it, or you hate, there is nothing in between.

Thanks for sharing today. Enjoy those poinsettias. They are just beautiful. I would have them in every room if I could. The grandkids would never leave them along. They would have no blooms left, long before Christmas.

Country hugs, Sherry
