Pink Saturday in Spain

Wow, where did this week go? I feel like it has been just a few days since I posted my pink Shoes, shoes, shoes post. I guess it's being on vacation that makes the days just fly by.
This week I have been posting a couple of funny posts about my skirt-mishaps. If you'd like to have a laugh visit the Biker Chick - my date with Mr Harley and Warning: Careful with the Battery Acid

Today there's another pink party at Beverly's blog. Go visit her for more pink posts. There's also Saturday Sharefest at SITS. If you want to get to know more "blogladies", this is the place to go.

Here are a few pink delights I have found here in Spain:

In Puerto Banus stop by the charming French store
Côté Soleil and find little treasures that will make your home oh, so pretty!
(Can you see my little pink girl?)

Another great choice for interior decorating is the Zara Home store. They have so many beautiful things and their prices are reasonable too.

If you have a little princess she'll love to spend time at Accessorize.
Right now they have up to 70% sale! Who can resist that!

After a long day of shopping I cannot resist stopping by Lepanto Café. This one is situated in Calle Larios in Malaga, but they have them in many Spanish cities.
"Un café con leche, por favor. También quiero una tarta de chocolate."
(Note the hot pink sign...)

There are plenty of pink things on the beach as well. I had to include the pink man (should have given him my suntan lotion!) Bet he had an enjoyable night...

In Spain they mix their red wine with lemonade (lemon soda -bubbly kind).
It's called Tinto de Verano (summerwine) and it is just too good!
I had this one on the beach the other day...

Happy Pink Saturday to you all!

The thought of wine and lemonade made me cringe but that drink looks simply yummy!

Vacation sure looks fun! I'm beach bound in September and it can't get here soon enough.

I will have to try that. Any lemonade?? I will have to try it. I love all of the pink for sure.

Looove the pink beach composition. The wine sounds really interesting... I was in Spain quite a few times too, but missed out on that one completely!

I'm much happier in Spain than I was in that "tacky" shoe store with the WWW as the clerk. This is wonderful! Great pinks, too. There's a pink painted chair in there that looks like one I just bought. Love it! Glad you are having a better week, my pink friend!

XO,

Sheila :-)

OOoh, an entry devoted to all things Pink! I love it.
Accessorize is one of my favourite shops, my daughter loves all of the girly things that they have on offer.

Thanks for stopping by. I've only been doing blog design for a little while, so I'm so so pleased that Rebecca@ La Belle Mere loved her design. I have great fun working with my clients, and its very rewarding to design something that they love. :-)

Dreamgirl! Hi Happy Pink Saturday. I will take on of those tall Pink Lemonades please. Love your post, and at your request I went back and read the Battery Acid story. It was terrific. I could just see myself with my bum exposed to everyone. Then to top it off they kept moving the car forward when you were trying to get in. I would have beat them silly. Thanks for sharing. I love your writing. Please stop by and say hi. I would love to have you visit. Country Hugs, Sherry

Hi again! Thanks for visiting! The hubby and I do love Spain. He lived in Barcelona and surrounding areas for two years (well 6 mos. in San Sebastian) and took me there about 10 years ago. But the farthest south he's been is Valencia and I've not been farther than Sitges so, basically, not out of Catalonia. I really want to go to Malaga and Andalucia. It's fun with him since he's fluent in Castillion so we don't have the language barrier! I do envy you!

Søta! I´m back!
Og det er det eneste jeg orker skrive på engelsk...
Herlig innlegg hos deg!
Nå skal jeg spise deilig reste-dansk frokost med masse digg og se siste runde av Tour de France. Lager et lite innlegg i løpet av dagen, men bare koser meg vel hjemme...

Cold, dark, misty in my neck of the woods. My perennials are hiding and I am wearing a sweatshirt. Coming here today made my day a little brighter. Thanks so much.

I'm a little late with my Pink Saturday visits because I had my grandsons for the weekend and couldn't tear myself away from them☺

♥Wishing you and yours a week full of happiness♥

Oooooh! This "Tinto de Verano" looks delicious!.. Seems simple enough to try to make at home! I'll have to try it sometime soon! We're certainly hitting warm enough temps here, to appreciate something so refreshing these days! Happy Pink Saturday, and hope you have a wonderful week! ~tina
