I have no idea if I have ever commented before, but I saw your banner about a visitor from Miami and that is where I live so I thought I'd say hi. I have been following your blog for a few weeks and I really enjoy it.

I live next to a school with 14 pupils.The kindergarten is in the basement of the school.School had started and I see a teacher and a new pupil walking by on the road above.The teacher tells me quietly The young one has problems sitting so long,so we are taking a walk to look at the sheep.We will be bask in 10 minutes. Oh to have had the opertunity to have my children there!
It's so nice to read positive comments about teachers...I used to be one...and loved the students...all 14-18 year olds...but really it was like being on stage for 8 hours a day and eventually just wear you out! I remember in my next consultancy position how thrilling to be able to go to the ladies when I needed to! To make a cup of tea if I needed one! To spend lunch hours not doing playground duty! To work in airconditioning! And boy did I appreciate it!
That is so nice of you. I am not a teacher but us to be one. I love it. I am now another type of teacher and that is to my little one.
